Privacy Policy

instagrow is built to collect as little as possible. There are no customer accounts, so there is no profile to store.

1. Information we collect

To provide a service, we use only what the order itself requires:

  • Order target: the public username or post/video link the service applies to, plus the service and quantity you choose.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — only a confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.
  • Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) and essential cookies needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

2. What we do not collect

Checkout is contact-free. We do not ask for or store your name, email address or phone number to place an order, and we never request your social media password. Your order is reached through the private tracking link shown after payment — keep it safe, as anyone with the link can view that order's status.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver the service you ordered and show its status on your tracking link.
  • To process your payment through the gateway and confirm the amount.
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse or technical problems.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum necessary with the parties that make an order work: our payment gateway (to process payment) and the fulfilment partners that deliver the service (which receive only the public target and quantity — never your payment details). We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Because we hold no account profile, there is nothing to "log in and delete".

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function and to keep checkout secure. Any optional analytics are privacy-respecting and used only to understand aggregate usage.

7. Your choices

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of instagrow after an update means you accept the revised policy. See also our Terms of Service.
